It showed up promptly and exactly as expected, and was in great condition when I opened the package. Unfortunately it's not the right size for my MacBook. That's an oversight on my part, and Incase was very accommodating with the return. So sorry about the confusion guys!

I purchased one for my 2019 and 2023 16” MacBook Pro’s.My only regret is not purchasing the protection when I made the initial purchase of both from the Apple Store! Absolute perfect fitting of both units to my Mac’s.I was a little Leary about heat dissipation being blocked by the case itself but there were absolutely no issues Another sweet thing is that with the hardshell case being utilized the low profile zippered case can still be used(a little snug but doable). THANK YOU FOR 2 such high quality products!!!!!!
