I bought this bag ahead of an extended stay at the hospital. The criteria I was looking for were:
1- Robust and Durable Build Quality and Materials, both on the inside and on the outside. There is no doubt that this bag exceeds this expectation - it is extremely well made, and looks like it can take a beating.
2- High Zipper Quality. All zippers on this bag are sturdy and durable, and I wouldn’t expect them to break under usual circumstances. The zippers on the outside are considerably beefier than the ones on the inside, which is perfectly acceptable. All exterior zippers are large enough to accommodate luggage locks for extra peace of mind.
3- Adequate Storage Capacity. This bag is something of a mix between a backpack and a small carry-on suitcase. The extra netted compartment for clothes and such works well, and works wonders for keeping things organized and tidy.
4- Proper Device Storage. This bag includes a velvety laptop and/or tablet compartment topped with a Velcro latch, which does a wonderful job at keeping my devices safe. In addition to this, there is a small compartment nestled beneath the upper handle of the backpack which is useful for keeping smaller electronics, such as EarPods, an AirTag, etc.
Overall, this backpack is well worth the investment. It may be a little on the pricey end, however, it should last you for many years to come, so you’ll be getting your money’s worth out of it.
